Basically use any of the many combos to get out a land that produces white/red mana, then Tireless Tribe.
Next turn (assuming enemy has no creatures) attack with Tireless Tribe, discard 5 cards (making Tribe a 1/21 creature) then play About Face (switching toughness with power). 21 damage. Viola!
